Your booking for our tours implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Mardigi Tours is seriously committed to protecting your privacy and take the security of our customers’ information.
Plus a very professional transportation and tours service, we also provide a very fair cancelation policy.

Cancellation Policy
Life happens and we understand that occasionally your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Mardigi Tours has a very fair cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made within at least 24 hours of the scheduled arrival/departure times are fully refundable minus the credit card charging fees (5%).
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable, and any balance due will be charged to the credit card provided.
- There are no refunds for no shows.

- For tour reservations, we will request a deposit of $60 per person that can be charged to the card on file or you can pay it via PayPal.
- Tour re-scheduling must be requested at least 36 hours in advance.
- Tour cancellations made within at least 36 hours of the scheduled date are fully refundable minus the credit card charging fees (5%). Tour cancellations made with less than 36 hours are non-refundable, and any balance due will be charged to the credit card provided.
- If Mardigi Tours cancels a pre-paid tour due to weather or unsafe conditions, we will re-schedule your tour or refund your deposit in full.
- In all cases, Mardigi Tours will not authorize any refunds for late cancellations, unused portions of packages or no shows
- All airport transportation must be prepaid in advance at the time of booking. When you book online, you will receive an email confirmation. You will later be contacted with the payment instructions.

Privacy Policy
Booking Information: In order to process your booking for transfer, tours or shuttle services, we do require certain information. This will include the name of the person making the booking and email address. We also need to know your destination and/or pick up address. This information is collected solely to ensure a professional coordination of your service. An email address is required to send your booking confirmation and have a contact channel with you to coordinate custom details of your service.
Online Payment Information: Customers can choose among 3 forms of payment: 2 option for online payment plus the option of "Pay in cash to the driver"at the pick up place.
In order to process online payment we do require certain information, which may include the Paypal account or basic credit card information, depending on the selection made. "Pay in cash to the driver"option does not ask for that info but option require a phone number to confirm reservation.
Information security: We will never pass your personal details to any third party. At some point in the future we may occasionally contact you in order to share new services or special offers we think you'll findvaluable, but if we do so, you'll be provided an opportunity to unsubscribe from these newsletter.
