Mardigi Tours Cancelation Policy
In addition to a very professional transportation and tours service, Mardigi Tours have a very fair cancelation policy.
If the cancellation is less than 24 hours, the charge will be 100%. Extreme cases are taken into consideration.
No show, load 100%.Waiting time after the pickup time is 1 hr after that will be considerate a no show and will be charge 100%.
Children under 2 years old are considered infants traveling FREE (minimum of 2 adults); children from 3 years old will be subject to the rates established for the category. Some restrictions apply for certain tours.
Children over 4 years old pay full price.
To rescheduling a tour must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Tours canceled by Mardigi Tours due to unsafe weather conditions will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible due to weather, you will receive a 100% refund.

Rafting tour, Waterfall lovers, Horseback riding, Half day full adventure at Congo trail, Hacienda Guachipelin, Congo Trail , Arenal Hanging bridges, Monteverde & Arenal Volcano --Children ALL ages must pay FULL price.
